Dear Lucy always has awesome clothing and shoe selection! It’s my favorite spot to shop in Burlington. The staff and the owner are always so kind and gracious- I highly recommend this spot!!

Dear Lucy is a staple of downtown! I always find shoes that LAST here. Last summer I found two pairs of the cutest platform Teva’s that are now my go to during the summer, and at a reasonable cost!

I've purchased a few pairs of shoes from Dear Lucy and each time it has been a lovely experience. Most recently I went in to get waterproof boots for the fall, and when I asked about a specific brand (Blondos) the employee led me straight to them and was incredibly attentive while I debated what size to purchase. The next day part of the shoe broke, so I sent an email to Dear Lucy and they immediately responded and said I could bring it back in to switch it out for another pair. When I arrived two days later, they already had the boots boxed and ready for me to go. Anytime I want to purchase a higher quality shoe I go to Dear Lucy. I would highly recommend.

It is always great shopping at Dear Lucy. As a local, I have the privilege of visiting the store at least once a month to check out the great sales from the "back wall." During all my visits, I have been greeted and helped with kindness and care. Running a business on Church Street these days can be challenging, so please go out of your way to support local businesses like Dear Lucy. They carry high-quality brands, and I have always found great gems there.

I have lived in Burlington for nearly 22 years and have purchased many pairs of shoes here over the years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating even when the store is bursting at the seams with shoppers. If they don’t have something in my size in stock they always offer to look into ordering it for me from their other store or suggest an alternative I may not have noticed. This store is a great example of why you should support small business over the online retailers.

Celi was so incredibly kind and helpful! She walked me through their election of Ugg slippers, and was super helpful in finding my size. I didn’t end up buying anything today but will definitely be back soon!

Finley was so helpful. Picked out shoes she thought I would like and I got three awesome pairs. My favorite store when I visit my kid in Burlington. Always find something great and unique and comfortable.
